The West Seneca Spooktacular is an annual event organized by Horizon Martial Arts, a martial arts school located in West Seneca, New York. The event typically takes place around Halloween and is designed to be a fun, family-friendly celebration of the holiday.

Tim Hartman has lived in West Seneca all his life and owns Horizon Martial Arts, the oldest martial arts school in the area. He has organized the ‘Trunk or Treat’ event since October 2011, which has gradually evolved into one of the region’s premier events over the years.
